At Superian, we are committed to delivering premium-quality apparel that reflects our relentless pursuit of excellence. However, if something isn’t right, we’ve got your back—with a few guidelines in place.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Send us an email at support@superians.com with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges – Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse

Since all items are made-to-order and fulfilled by our third-party partner Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for help before buying.

Address Issues / Lost Packages

  • If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we verify the new address.

  • For lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue with Printful.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed almost immediately after payment. Once an order has been submitted to production, we cannot cancel or modify it.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

  • The item was lost in transit and not delivered.

  • You were sent the wrong item.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Minor color or placement variances (since garments are printed individually)

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

Email us at support@superians.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable). All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: This policy is currently structured in accordance with Printful’s return guidelines, which we follow for all fulfillment matters.

International Shipping Compliance Disclaimer

Superian ships worldwide using third-party fulfillment services. By placing an international order through our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    Import fees such as customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Superian is not liable for any customs-related delays or fees.

  • Shipping Restrictions:
    We do not ship to countries embargoed or restricted by U.S. law, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, and Syria. Orders placed from these regions will be automatically canceled.

  • Compliance with Local Laws:
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their order complies with all local import regulations and restrictions in their country. Superian is not responsible for packages seized or returned due to non-compliance.

  • Right to Refuse Orders:
    Superian reserves the right to cancel or refuse any international order that may violate export regulations or international trade laws.

  • Returns and Refunds:
    Due to the nature of international shipping and fulfillment, return and refund policies may differ based on destination and shipping partner rules.
