  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods.

  • Promotional discounts and codes are valid only during their posted time frame and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • As we work currently work with a print-on-demand store, all items are made to order. This means we begin production on your item(s) only after your order is placed.

  • Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and volume of current orders.

  • After fulfillment, shipping times vary by destination:

    • USA: 3–4 business days

    • International: 5–20 business days

  • Please note: During peak seasons or unforeseen global events, fulfillment and shipping may take longer.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Superian is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or customs, but we’ll do our best to assist you if issues arise.

4. Store Credit

  • Returned items may be refunded as store credit upon request.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any product available at the time of purchase.
